Lake St. Leroy Burglary 2 nd G.L. 4 th
Griswold Rd. Bergen Burglary 2nd
On 1-27-10 A Zone CIS and conducted an investigation into 5 residential burglaries that were committed in the Towns of Penfield and Perinton over the past few weeks. The investigation was completed during a multi-agency investigation that involved the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and assistance by the State Police and the Town of Leroy Police. The investigation concluded with the arrest of Lindsey Fulge and Benjamin Giesy after they broke into two homes in the Towns of Leroy and Bergen.Both suspects were charged by the Genesee County Sheriff's Office and remanded to the Genesee County jail. Additional charges will be lodged in Monroe County.
1250 Creek St . C.P.C.S. 7 th C.P.H.I. CR#14047
On 1-27-10 were dispatched to Creek St. to investigate a suspicious vehicle. The deputies located and stopped a 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier being operated by Gregory Casolari, DOB 2-3-78, of Randolph Street, Rochester. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was arrested for AUO as his license was revoked. During the arrest deputies located two small bags of Heroin and 5 hypodermic needles in Casolari’s possession. Casolari was arrested on the above charges.
Five Mile Line Rd. DWI Har. 2 nd Arrest MHA CR#15382
At 0120 hrs an A Zone Deputy stopped a vehicle that crossed the center line on Five Mile Line Rd. (Penfield) and almost struck his vehicle head-on. The Deputy stopped the car at 8 Gebhardt Rd., which is the driver's house. The driver was identified as Daniel Villareale and was arrested the driver for DWI. While in custody, Villareale threatened the deputy’s family which resulted in an additional harassment charge.
2070 Five Mile Line Road Burglary 3 rd, Grand Larceny 4 th, Crim. Mischief 3 rd CR# 10-15864
The Pastor at the Charles Finney School and Cross Bridge Community Church reports that unknown suspect(s) entered the building. Once inside, several offices were ransacked, and keys and a projector was removed from the building. This is the third Burglary at the school and church in recent months.
PERINTON

Casa Larga Vineyards reports that a laptop used in their office area is missing.
PITTSFORD
Marsh Rd. / Route 31 DWI Resisting Arrest CR#12026
On 1-23-10 at 0003 hours responded to the dispatched call for a vehicle on the side of the road. Deputies located a badly damaged Ford Mustang with a driver who appeared to be unconscious. The driver awoke as the deputies were attempting to gain entry to the locked car. The driver then refused to unlock the doors and began to drive away apparently unaware that he had two flat tires. Deputies were able to get the car stopped and helped the driver from the car. The combative driver was taken into custody and arrested. Arrested: John M. Bachert, DOB 8-12-78, of Hidden Forest Road, Painted Post, NY.

Nazareth Security reports that two students witnessed an unknown male outside their ground level room exposing himself.
