3501 Union Street CPCS 7 th UPM C.P. Hypodermic Arrest CR#61603
Deputie’ Melos and Carpino report the arrests of Scott R. Kellogg, M/W, dob 01-04-90 of 164 Stearns Road Riga and Joshua Hoffman, M/W, dob 06-22-90 of 170 Burnt Mills Road Riga. On 05-05-08 Deputies’ Melos and Carpino stopped the two suspects for a tail light violation while operating a 1988 GMC Sierra, color red with NY reg # EFW5043. Investigation revealed that Kellogg and Hoffman were in possession of marijuana, heroin and hypodermic needles. They were issued appearance tickets for the Chili Town Court.
14 Chestnut Crescent UUMV 3 rd G.L. 4 th Arrest CR#58363}
Deputies Staub and Ball report the arrest of Joshua Allen, M/w, dob 01-01-87 of the above address. On 04-24-08 Allen stole a credit card belonging to his father and used it to purchase a carton of cigarettes. On 04-28-08 Allen took his parents 2006 Chrysler Pacifica with NY reg # DNP5561 without consent. Joshua Allen admitted that he committed both crimes and that he sold the cigarettes to obtain money to buy crack cocaine. Allen was arraigned in the Chili Town Court. He was remanded to the MCJ on $1,500.00/$3,000.00 bail.
333 Chili Avenue Criminal Mischief 4 th CR#60966
The Town of Chili reports that on 05-04-08 at about 0410 hours an unknown suspect caused damage to an exterior window to the library by throwing a cement gutter at it. The incident was caught on surveillance video. The suspect is described as a M/W, 16-20 years old, dark colored hair and wearing a white sweatshirt and blue jeans. The investigation continues.
Buffalo Road Burglary 3 rd C.M. 4 th CR#61432
Pridemark Homes reports that sometime between 05-02-08 1630 hours and 05-05-08 1540 hours an unknown suspect(s) entered the home under construction by an unknown means. Once access was gained the suspect(s) caused damage to the drywall and left mud on the carpet. The rear sliding glass door was found open by the victim. The investigation continues.

110 Village II Drive Harassment 2 nd Dis. Con. Resisting Arrest CR#59691
Deputy Green reports the arrest of Andrew Pajek, M/W, dob 05-24-64 of 202 Florence Street. On 05-01-08 at 1710 hours deputies’ responded to the above address for the report of the suspicious person. Deputy Green arrived and Pajek immediately became uncooperative and stated that he didn’t want to live anymore. Pajek then advanced towards Deputy Green and attempted to strike him with a fist. Pajek was placed under arrest. He resisted arrest during the process. Deputy Lockwood assisted. Pajek was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Parma Town Court.

The Parma Place Motel reports that sometime between 04-30-08 1700 hours and 05-01-08 1700 hours an unknown person stole five aluminum storm doors each attached to a separate cottage. The business is currently for sale and unoccupied. The owners are requesting special attention. The investigation continues.
W. Ridge Road Burglary 2 nd & 3 rd C.M. 4 th CR#61447
Victim reports that sometime between 05-02-08 and 05-05-08 an unknown suspect(s) entered his dwelling by damaging the side door to the trailer. Once access was gained the suspect(s) damaged and moved items around. Sometime between the same dates unknown suspect(s) entered the victim’s detached shed by damaging the fastener. Once access was gained the suspect(s) stole an unknown brand power drill. The investigation continues.
RIGA
5786 Buffalo Road CPCS 3 rd CPW 4 th Poss. of a Weapon/School Grounds Arrest CR#58469
Deputies Smith and Wood assisted by GRANET report the arrest of Travis Hinchey, M/W, dob 05-17-90 of 471 Reed Road Churchville. On 04-29-08 at 1000 hours deputies’ responded to the Churchville Chili High School for the report of the student in possession of drugs and weapons. Investigation revealed that school staff became aware that Travis Hinchey may have been in possession of drugs and was making arrangements to sell. School staff searched Hinchey’s vehicle. Hinchey voluntarily surrendered several weapons to include brass knuckles, a Billy Club and BB guns. While turning these items over a member of the staff observed Hinchey attempt to conceal something in his pocket. It was determined to be several glassine envelopes containing cocaine. Hinchey was arraigned in the Riga Town Court. He was remanded to the MCJ on $10,000.00/$20,000.00 bail.
SWEDEN
3736 Sweden Walker Road Unlawful Possession Marijuana Arrest CR#61873
Deputy Petrosky reports the arrest of Donald A. Schofield, M/I, dob 01-22-84 of 3736 Sweden Walker Road Sweden. On 05-06-08 at 1500 hours stopped Donaldson in a 1995 Mercedes 4DSD, color black with the improper license plate of EGC7108. Donaldson was also operating with a revoked license. Investigation revealed that Schofield was in possession of a baggie of marijuana and paraphernalia. Schofield was issued UTTs and an appearance ticket for the Sweden Town Court.
Sweden Walker Rd. Burglary 3 rd G.L. 3 rd C.M. 4 th CR#60570
Victim reports that sometime between 04-27-08 1200 hours and 05-01-08 1200 hours an unknown suspect entered the detached workshop by breaking in a lower panel to the garage door. Once access was gained the suspect(s) stole a Snap On tool chest containing approximately $5,000.00 in assorted tools and a Rotunda electric impact wrench. The investigation continues.
