Sheriff's Star Student Award Recipients

Sheriff Patrick O'Flynn is proud to announce the recipients of the 2008 Sheriff's Star Student Award: Jacqueline Lucas, Pittsford Sutherland High School, Renuka Lakshmanan, Brockport High School, Dalton Hudson, Wilson Magnet High School, Ashley Ortiz, Wilson Magnet High School and Katelyn DeRoller, Aquinas Institute. The Sheriff's Office received many qualified nominations but these students distinguished themselves through exemplary behavior that embodies the core values of the Sheriff's Office.

Each student received a $1000 gift card to the Apple Store Inc., made possible through donations from the Sheriff's Foundation, Time Warner Cable and Rnews.
